Keep the Party Rockin’ with Sonos’ new Wireless Music System
In all my years partying I’ve never seen or head anything quite so beautiful. With wireless technology at its best ever, we’re starting to reap the benefits as consumers. This short post is going to be a quick overview of the latest Sonos music system AKA the Sonos S5 and its amazing party ability! I see far too many old school sound systems these days and this latest investment I’ve made is unbelievable.
Let me get started first – this wireless music system isn’t going to cost you a lot. With starting price of just $299 you’re looking at some pretty cheap solution to your home’s audio ability. I’m going to kick this off with the free iPad app that Sonos released recently (and even more recently adapted for Android).
The iPad app is the icing on this wireless music cake if you ask me. It allows me to control my sound system from anywhere in the house using a huge remote HUD. From playlist queues to music downloads and multiple room functionality (I’ll come onto that in a second), this app is the absolute nuts.
Multi-room functionality on this app is also epic. If you own more than one of these Sonos audio systems (that’s right, I do!) then you can synch everything up together. I’ve got one in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom and I can control what’s playing in what room from my iPad (or iPhone and now Android). It’s totally kickass and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. If you’ve got some money lying around that you just want to spend – this is easily the best choice you have. So cool! If you haven’t seen the sonos app already, then you should.
